P1(g) Daily shooting schedule

P1(g) Daily shooting schedule

Meaning: A daily shooting schedule is a project plan of each day's shooting for a film production. It is normally created and managed by the director, the schedule presents the timeline stating where and when the production resources  are used.
Resource: (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shooting_schedule)

Purpose: The purpose for this section is to show how I organise my project by creating a day-to-day running order including equipment and resources, personnel, activities and contingency plan

CONTINGENCY PLAN

Sometimes, the plan does not go as well as how we planned it. Therefore, we need a contingency plan as a second plan so the project could go on even accident occurs.

Meaning of Contingency plan: A plan designed to take account of a possible future event or circumstance.

Bad weather: My project will be filmed outdoor, therefore it depends very much on the weather, however, if the weather is not good, I will film all the scenes of indoors first, then I will wait until the weather gets better, and film all the outdoor scenes.

Actors: I have chosen Carmen and her friends most base on their flexibility, they are in lower years and are boarders, therefore their flexibility should be really high and could fit into any time when I need them to film. However. if any of them are sick or unwell, it's okay to wait till they recover and film again, thus their scenes are not really important, because the main actor Carmen appears the most in all scenes. But, if Carmen is unwell to film, this will cause a problem. So, I also invited a day student from my year - Sophie Parker to be my contingency actor, so in case Carmen could not film, she could be the main character. Of course, we do not wish to have to use this contingency actor as it will be very hard to cooperate with day student and it might bother them a bit to come back to school on Saturday or Sunday.
